Angel has owned and operated a successful Nantucket business for over 20 years.  Angel and her husband are proud parents of three beautiful children, Felicity, Harper, and J Pepper Frazier III. The family shares their Surfside residence with two outstanding pugs, Monomoy and Starr Light.
 
Angel and her husband have bought and sold properties throughout the East Coast as well as internationally.  Having participated in building numerous houses on Nantucket, Angel has a great knowledge of the in’s and out’s of the building process.  Growing up on this Island has given me innate knowledge of Nantucket and it’s values which help me make buying, selling, or renting Nantucket Real Estate a smooth and easy transaction for my Clients. I listen to my Clients and help to guide them to the best buying or selling experience possible. Wether it’s your first time to the island or you are a seasoned visitor, my goal is to share my knowledge with you, and provide the best and highest level of service. I want Nantucket to be your home as much as it is my home. 
 
Angel enjoys traveling, dining, and fishing. Watching the vibrant sunsets, strolling the pristine beaches, feeling the misty ocean air, and living on an un-commercialized island are some of the reasons I still call Nantucket home. There is a real sense of peace on Nantucket and I love that the island I grew up on, is now home to my own family.
